This wider 4" format gives you more horizontal print space than narrower mobile labels, while the 2" height keeps the label compact for short descriptions, barcodes, SKU numbers, date codes, lot numbers, inspection notes, and internal tracking information.

These labels are made with 75gsm direct thermal paper with a heat-sensitive protective coating, a permanent hot melt adhesive, and a 60gsm white glassine liner. They print without a ribbon and are built for compatible mobile direct thermal printers that support 4" wide media, 0.75" core rolls, black mark sensing, and the required roll outside diameter.
