How long does it take to get a custom quote?
Most quotes are returned within one business hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Complex multi-location quotes or quotes requiring custom certifications may take 1–2 business days. We'll confirm the expected turnaround when we acknowledge your request.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. All quotes are free with no obligation.
Can I see samples before approving a custom quote?
Yes. We strongly recommend testing samples with your printer and barcode scanner before committing to large orders. Samples are free for legitimate business inquiries and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Email sales@ecothermlabels.com with your shipping address and the sizes you'd like to evaluate.
What's the minimum order for a custom quote?
There is no formal minimum, but custom quotes typically make sense for orders of 10+ cases or recurring programs. For one-time orders below this threshold, our standard catalog pricing applies — and free shipping still applies to every order regardless of size.
Do you support GSA, government contracts, or set-aside programs?
We are not currently a GSA Schedule vendor, but we work directly with federal, state, and municipal buyers via direct purchase orders. We accept government POs and can provide W-9, vendor registration documentation, and other procurement support as needed. We are a US-based small business based in Glen Ellyn, IL, and qualify for relevant small business set-aside programs.
Can you accommodate non-standard payment terms?
For qualifying enterprise accounts, yes. Net 30 is standard for qualifying businesses. Net 45 and Net 60 are available for established enterprise accounts with appropriate credit references. Discuss your specific payment requirements when requesting your quote.
Do you offer custom-printed or custom-shaped labels?
We currently sell blank direct thermal labels only — your printer prints variable content on demand. We do not offer pre-printed labels, custom die-cut shapes, or specialty materials. If your custom requirements include pre-printed content or non-standard label shapes, we recommend contacting a label converter for those needs.
Can you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States only. International shipping (including Canada and Mexico) is not currently supported. We'll consider international shipments on a case-by-case basis for substantial recurring orders — discuss your needs when requesting your quote.
What if my organization needs vendor onboarding paperwork?
We're happy to complete vendor qualification forms, supplier registration, and procurement onboarding documentation. Common items we provide: W-9, certificate of insurance, SAM.gov registration, supplier diversity documentation, and standard vendor information forms. Mention any specific paperwork your procurement team requires when requesting your quote.
Can I set up a recurring or standing order?
Yes. Standing order programs ship automatically on your preferred cadence — weekly, monthly, or quarterly — eliminating the need to reorder manually each cycle.
