Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

All returns require prior authorization. Do not ship product back to us before contacting us β€” unauthorized returns may be refused or processed without a refund.

To start a return:

  1. Email sales@ecothermlabels.com or call (630) 909-9828 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address we provide.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused, resellable condition
  • In the original, unopened packaging with all manufacturer seals intact
  • Accompanied by the RMA number issued by our team
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount for items that arrive damaged, used, opened, or missing components.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-printed or made-to-order products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Opened or partially used product
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated charges, except in cases where the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped) or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges (where applicable) are not refundable. Free shipping promotions do not generate a refundable shipping credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@ecothermlabels.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We'll work with you to make it right β€” typically by sending a replacement at no charge or issuing a full refund. In many cases, we will not require the damaged item to be returned.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item per the process above and place a new order for the replacement.
