Free shipping to the contiguous US applies to all order sizes. There's no minimum order threshold — even bulk orders ship at no shipping cost. Every shipment is carbon-neutral via Shopify Planet at no charge to you.
Net 30 Terms for Established Businesses

What's the minimum order for bulk pricing?
10 cases of a single label size, or 20+ cases across multiple sizes. For orders below this threshold, our standard catalog pricing applies — and free shipping still applies to every order regardless of size.
How quickly can you ship a large bulk order?
Standard bulk orders (10–50 cases) ship the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM CST. Larger orders (50+ cases) may require 1–2 business days for processing depending on size and inventory location. We'll confirm the exact shipping timeline when we send your quote.
Can I get bulk pricing on a single one-time order?
Yes. Bulk pricing applies to any qualifying order — you don't need to commit to recurring purchases. If you're a high-volume buyer planning regular reorders, we can also set up a standing order program for additional savings and convenience.
Can I mix label sizes to qualify for bulk pricing?
Yes. Mixed-size orders qualify when total volume is 20+ cases. For example, 10 cases of 4x6 + 5 cases of 4x3 + 5 cases of 2.25x1.25 = qualifies for bulk pricing.
Do you offer freight shipping or LTL?
Yes, for orders large enough to warrant pallet shipping. Most orders of 50+ cases ship LTL freight to commercial addresses. We'll quote the freight cost separately or include it in your bulk pricing — your choice.
Can I see samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. Email sales@ecothermlabels.com with your shipping address and the sizes you'd like to evaluate. Samples are free for legitimate business inquiries and typically ship within 1–2 business days. We strongly recommend testing with your printer and barcode scanner before committing to a bulk order.
Do you offer custom-printed labels?
We currently sell blank direct thermal labels only — your printer prints the variable content (barcodes, addresses, SKUs, etc.) on demand. We do not currently offer pre-printed labels or custom die-cut sizes. If you need custom-printed or custom-shaped labels, we recommend contacting a label converter for those specialty needs.
Can I get tax-exempt pricing?
Yes, for qualifying buyers (government agencies, schools, non-profits, and resellers with valid resale certificates). Email a copy of your tax-exempt or resale certificate to sales@ecothermlabels.com when requesting your quote, and we'll process the order tax-exempt.
What payment methods do you accept for bulk orders?
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfer, company check, and Net 30 invoice terms for qualifying businesses. Government and educational institution POs are accepted with no credit application required.
Can I set up a recurring or standing order?
Yes. For buyers with predictable monthly or quarterly reorder schedules, we can set up standing order programs that automatically ship on your preferred cadence — eliminating the need to reorder manually each cycle. Contact sales@ecothermlabels.com to set this up.
Do you ship internationally for bulk orders?
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently support international shipping, including Canada and Mexico, for bulk orders. We'll consider international shipments on a case-by-case basis for substantial recurring orders — contact us to discuss.
