Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with EcothermLabels. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders received on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders that fail address verification, payment authorization, or fraud screening.

Fulfillment Partner

Orders are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), which means your items ship from one of Amazon's U.S. fulfillment centers. We choose this partner to give you fast, reliable delivery backed by Amazon's logistics network.

Packages arrive in unbranded shipping boxes — they do not display Amazon or EcothermLabels branding on the exterior.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We offer free Standard Shipping on every order — no minimums, no codes, no exclusions. Standard Shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) and begin after the order has been processed. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances beyond our control may extend transit times.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to update with the carrier. Carriers used include UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics, depending on the destination and service level.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or other household members.
  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  3. If the package still cannot be located after 48 hours, contact us at sales@ecothermlabels.com and we'll help investigate.

If your package arrives damaged, please email sales@ecothermlabels.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are handled directly by EcothermLabels, not Amazon. Please see our Return Policy for details on eligibility, time limits, and how to start a return.
