Net 30 Application
Ecotherm Labels offers Net 30 payment terms to qualifying businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions. This program lets you order what you need today and pay within 30 days of invoice — no credit card required at checkout.
Who Qualifies
Net 30 terms are available to:
- Established businesses with a verifiable operating history
- Government agencies (federal, state, and local)
- Public and private educational institutions
- Non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) status
Starting Terms
- Minimum order: $500 per order
- Initial credit limit: $2,500
- Payment terms: Net 30 from invoice date
- Credit limit reviews: Available after 90 days of on-time payment history
Credit limits may be increased after a track record of on-time payments. Late payments may result in suspension of Net 30 privileges and a return to credit-card-only ordering.
How to Apply
To request a Net 30 application, email sales@ecothermlabels.com with the following information:
- Company legal name and DBA (if applicable)
- Billing address and shipping address
- Federal Tax ID (EIN)
- Years in business
- Accounts payable contact name, email, and phone
- Three trade references (vendors you currently buy from on terms)
- Bank reference (bank name and account officer contact)
- Estimated monthly order volume
We'll send you a formal credit application to complete and return.
What to Expect
- Application review: 1–3 business days from receipt of complete application
- Credit verification: We contact your trade and bank references directly
- Approval notification: Sent by email with your approved credit limit and terms
- First order: Place your first Net 30 order anytime after approval
