- Will these adhere well to my product packaging?
- Yes. The permanent hotmelt adhesive bonds to cardboard, hard plastics (PET, HDPE, polypropylene), glass, and metal. The labels are not rated for use on PVC surfaces or for application below 50°F (10°C). For rounded containers under 1" / 25mm diameter, adhesion may be reduced by curvature — for very small containers, consider testing a sample first.
- Do I need a ribbon?
- No. These are direct thermal labels — the printer's thermal head creates the image directly on the heat-sensitive label. Ribbons are only needed for thermal transfer printers.
